Harte Certified+ coverage is provided under a Certified Plus Limited Warranty and is subject to the terms, limits, and exclusions of the warranty contract. Powertrain coverage of engine, transmission, and drive axle applies for 10 years or 100,000 miles from the vehicle's original in-service date. Roadside assistance is limited to $150 per incident. Trip interruption reimbursement applies to covered breakdowns occurring more than 100 miles from the covered owner's residence, up to $150 per day. Total benefits paid under the warranty are limited to the vehicle purchase price, and any single covered repair is limited to the average trade-in value of the vehicle (excluding tax, title, and license fees) immediately prior to the mechanical breakdown, based on the most recent National Automobile Dealers Association Used Car Guide (or a comparable guide if discontinued).
