Hyundai Certified Pre-Owned is Hyundai's own factory program - Hyundai vehicles that meet Hyundai's national standards, backed by a Hyundai factory warranty. The coverage also includes the seals, gaskets, fluids, filters, and lubricants that go with a covered repair - and it extends to parts that experience a mechanical breakdown, not just the powertrain, subject to the terms of the warranty. In short: the protection reaches beyond the engine and transmission to the kinds of failures that leave you with a repair bill you did not plan for.

Trip Interruption Protection

If a covered breakdown happens more than 100 miles from home and keeps your vehicle overnight, Harte Certified+ reimburses meals and lodging up to $150 per day. It is the difference between a bad day on a road trip and a genuine emergency.

24/7/365 Roadside Assistance

A breakdown does not wait for business hours. Harte Certified+ includes round-the-clock roadside assistance, up to $150 per incident, covering the things that actually strand people:

  • Towing or winch-out service
  • Flat-tire change using your vehicle's inflated spare
  • Delivery of fuel, water, or other fluids to get you moving
  • Lock-out assistance when your keys are on the wrong side of the door
  • Jump start (excluding a hybrid vehicle's main power cell battery)

Trip interruption reimbursement applies to covered breakdowns occurring more than 100 miles from the covered owner's residence, up to $150 per day. Total benefits paid under the warranty are limited to the vehicle purchase price, and any single covered repair is limited to the average trade-in value of the vehicle (excluding tax, title, and license fees) immediately prior to the mechanical breakdown, based on the most recent National Automobile Dealers Association Used Car Guide (or a comparable guide if discontinued).
